Stunned targets can avoid hits

Solo.

Describe the problem:
Stunned monster can still avoid skills/attacks.

What was the expected behavior?:
Expert Punching should land every time on stunned monster.

List the steps that occurred before the problem appeared:

  1. Use Slap
  2. Follow with Expert Punching
  3. Miss the skill

Can you reproduce the problem?:
Yes.
