Turtle has stat issues

Describe the problem:
Turtles taking 1 dmg but doing regular damage to us

What was the expected behavior?:
Normalized stats on these mobs

List the steps that occurred before the problem appeared:

  1. Near boat to prontera
    2.turtle spawns need to be looked at
  2. that is all

They’re probably working as intended. They have very high defense, but bleed or burn effects melt their HP like a candle.

Not really a bug. They just have high defense.
Their stats are going to be slightly reviewed later though.
