Deep Cut has no dot ticks damage numbers output display

Describe the problem: Deep Cut skill has no dot ticks damage numbers display output. Also this skill has initial damage values which is if hits always do damage even if the dot effect is not applied( i assume this happens to indicate rage generation action).

What was the expected behavior?: The skill should produce display damage number on every dot tick.
