Induce Sleep LV 1 does not work(possibly 2 bugs)

Describe the problem:

  1. Induce Sleep LV 1 does not work if it procs. Enemies continue to perform actions under the sleep debuff.
  2. Dont know if bug or based on previous bug. After i cast Induce Sleep LV 1 character immediately start to attack the target which is suffering from the sleep debuff which is probably bugged.

What was the expected behavior?:

  1. If the sleep procs, the target should be suffering from the sleep debuff for several seconds. Sleep should prevent the target which is suffering from the sleep debuff from performing any actions.
  2. If the sleep procs, the character should not start to autoattack the target which is suffering from the sleep debuff because it cause sleep to break.

Can you reproduce the problem?: Yes.

Fixed.
Now the sleep debuff on mobs works as intended and the character stops attacking after successfully using Induce Sleep, Hiding, Cloaking.
