Describe the problem: Performing an emote while targeting a non-ally NPC even if its dead is impossible.

What was the expected behavior?:

  1. Add emote casting targeted on non-ally npc: “You wave to Aster” chat text.
  2. Add emote casting targeted on non-ally npc even if its dead.: “You wave to Aster.” chat text or making this emotion be performed as “without target” case: “You wave to everyone”. chat text.
